Motorola RAD4221 VHF / GPS combo mounts have an integrated Right Hand Circular Polarized (RHCP) GNSS antenna and Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) in the base. And they also have a traditional NMO – style mount (1 1/8″ – 18″ thread) for the VHF whip or stubby antenna.
In fact these mounts have 2 cables. For instance, one RG-59 / U antenna for the VHF or UHF signal and one RG-174 / U cable for the GPS signal. These mounts attach to vehicle similarly as thru-hole mount, but require a slightly smaller mounting hole.
